(1) According to the establishment, only the Tafri of the formation, unit, unit will get the right of entertainment facility.
(2) Each person can be given recreational facilities at the rate of three rupees per year.
(3) If the tafri of a unit is less than one hundred soldiers, the amount to be received by the said unit shall be Rs. 50. Up to fifty rupees extra and up to three hundred unsubsidized habit units at Rs. 25. Facility amount can be provided at an additional rate of up to twenty five rupees.
(4) In addition to the entertainment facilities provided by the military hospital establishment, the annual entertainment amount is Rs. 200.- Two hundred rupees can be added separately for the patients.

(5) Annual expenses for the Nepalese army units in small units in remote places or isolated places, in addition to the entertainment facilities they get from their units or regular units, will be Rs. 50.- Up to fifty rupees can be given separately.
(6) If a military base or any formation has to perform competitive sports or any kind of entertainment, Rs. 2000.- Up to two thousand rupees can be entrusted to the military base for special entertainment facilities.
